A performance propõe o reestabelecimento de espaços sensíveis de troca social, por meio de um jogo que problematiza questões sobre direito de fala, liberdade de escuta, mas também sobre formas de tradução. A performance se dá a partir de um grupo de oito participantes que formam uma roda de conversa e falam em um microfone. Esta roda é provocativa: as falas devem todas vir em tom interrogativo ou questionador, sendo uma sempre vinculada a outra. A questão que da inicio a roda é : “Quem me escuta?”. Enquanto os participantes estabelecem essa conversa, existem dois processos de tradução simultânea acontecendo: a composição de uma partitura visual a partir das frases ditas e, através do uso de um pedal afinador de guitarra, suas respectivas notas musicais, e uma mixagem com as falas que entram no microfone, sendo estas processadas por um sampler e transformadas ao vivo em uma composição sonora. Para essa segunda traducão, foi convidado o músico Pedro Moser. Os espectadores podem ouvir a mixagem ao vivo a partir de fones de ouvido disponíveis no espaço.
Esta performance colaborativa foi realizada na abertura da exposição coletiva Registro n3, na Casa Baka em 2019.
This performance proposes the reestablishment of sensitive spaces for social exchange through a game that questions the right of speech, freedom of listening, and forms of translation. The performance comes from a group of eight participants who form a conversation wheel and speak into a microphone. This wheel is provocative: the lines must all come in an interrogative or questioning tone, one always being linked to another. The question that starts from the wheel is: "Who listens to me?". As participants establish this conversation, there are two simultaneous translation processes going on: composing a visual score from the spoken phrases and, through the use of a guitar-tuning pedal, their respective musical notes, and mixing with the lines that enter the microphone, being processed by a sampler and transformed live into a sound composition. For this second translation, the musician Pedro Moser was invited. Viewers can listen to the live mix from headsets available in space.
This collaborative performance was held at the opening of the collective exhibition Registro n3 at Casa Baka in 2019.
